Spent Christmas vacation at a golf resort surrounded by lush greenery. The onsen was a highlight of our stay, offering relaxing hot spring baths. The location was perfect for visiting the Aso volcano and the Cluddy Domino Zoo, as well as other tourist spots in the area.

Restaurant options were quite limited within the resort, and breakfast was the same every day. Also, the staff were not as helpful as we expected. our stay was decent, but we wouldn't come back for the customer service.

Morning meal food was good. Buffet breakfast and excellent prices.

We had a great time staying at this hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, and we really appreciated that there was someone who could speak Korean. The location was perfect, with beautiful views from the breakfast restaurant. Speaking of breakfast, it was delicious, with a wide variety of Japanese and Western dishes. The rooms were spacious and well maintained, making our stay very comfortable.

We did have a small issue when trying to find a restaurant for dinner on a Friday night. The staff didn't offer much assistance, and we had to search on our own.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel. The onsen was fantastic and provided great relaxation. The staff was approachable, helpful and always ready to assist us. The hotel facilities were excellent, and we enjoyed the panoramic view of the caldera from the breakfast buffet. Additionally, the location was great as it was near the road up to the volcano crater, and we had easy access to transportation.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Spent Christmas at this hotel, had a great time! the buffet breakfast was awesome - so many options! the location is perfect for exploring the beautiful Aso area with its stunning views and hiking trails. We also loved the onsen, it was very relaxing and the outdoor baths were amazing.

Our room had a strange smell, and the bathroom was very dated and in need of some serious deep cleaning. Plus, there were large tourist groups staying there that made it very noisy at times.

This hotel is located in a serene and quiet environment. the rooms are of good size and surface-level clean, and have a nice balcony view of the golf course. Staff is friendly, and the onsen is fantastic with great variety of baths and a sauna.

The breakfast buffet is below average.
